The wood rod rack uses a keyhole wall mount system, with keyholes located in the back of both ends of both pieces. This mounting system allows for a clean installation with concealed fasteners. It can also be screwed directly into the wall through the front, but it is highly recommended to make use of the keyholes to ensure the most beautiful display possible with no xxxx heads visible. In addition to the keyholes, screws can definitely be added directly through the front and into wall studs along the length of the fishing pole holder if needed.
