The holes that the rod butts go in have a diameter of 1 1/2 inches. This is the optimal size to store and display the largest variety of fishing rods. The 1 1/2 inch holes work for most fishing rods, from tiny ultralight action fishing poles all the way up to the largest trolling rods.
While the standard rod racks have 1.5 inch diameter holes, I can build these fishing rod racks with whatever hole size, layout, and dimensions you prefer.
