Thanks for asking! The 94 inch option is the largest size option that will ship with the standard free shipping. Shipping a larger custom fishing rod rack is usually possible, but it can potentially be very expensive.
This size fishing rod rack with the standard layout (with 2 inch spacing) has 46 holes for rods. Thus, it will hold up to 46 rods. This is assuming the rods are strategically staggered so that the reels don't bump into each other and some of the rods don't have reels installed on them.
Depending on your specific tackle, you may end up needing four or six inch spacing between each rod center. This would require you to skip every other hole or use every third hole.
If you know exactly what rods and reels you will be storing (and you don't anticipate that changing), then I can build you one with exactly the spacing between holes that you need.
Keep in mind that the holes in these racks (with the standard spacing) are only 2 inches apart. This is by design. It allows for maximum versatility, and maximum use of available space. It can be like a puzzle fitting fully rigged rods and reels in all of the spaces.
Let me know if you'd like to discuss a custom solution!
Thanks,
Chris
